- Customer Support: If you need help with your account, subscription, or billing, you'll need to contact the partner platform's customer support
- Gift Subscriptions: BritBox gift subscriptions can only be redeemed when subscribing directly with us and won’t work on partner platforms
- Features & Functionality: Some features may differ, such as live events or the ability to download content for offline viewing
- Device Compatibility: Partner platforms may support devices that BritBox does not, giving you additional ways to watch
