- Log in to your BritBox account at BritBox.com or our mobile apps
- Access your account and select “Account details”
- Click on the “Your Details” tab
- Enter your new email address into the field on the page and click “Update”
Remember, your email address is your login, so you’ll need to use the updated address to login in the future.
