- As much step-by-step detail as possible (example: "watching Episode 2 from Season 1 of a specific show from my watchlist, on a Samsung TV, at the 2 minute mark the following error message appears")
- The details of any error messages
- The manufacturer and model of your streaming device or TV
- The operating system, browser or app version you're using
