How can I find out where I subscribe to BritBox through?

We can help!

To make BritBox as convenient as possible, we offer different ways to watch and pay. Here are helpful tips to determine how you subscribed:

If you watch on the BritBox site or any BritBox apps:

You may pay directly with your credit card on our site. To check:

    1. Log in to your account at BritBox.com
    2. Click on your name in the top right corner
    3. Click Account Details
    4. Click Subscription

A credit card will be shown as your payment method if you're subscribed directly.

Otherwise, you'll see a message saying, "To manage your subscription, go to your _____ account". You'll see either Roku, Apple, or Google in the blank space.

Psst. If you subscribe via any of the methods mentioned above, you can watch on any of our apps or the web with the same subscription. Find out more.

If you watch in the Apple TV App:

If you subscribe to BritBox as an add-on through your Apple TV Channels, you'll be able to watch on any device with the Apple TV App installed. You won't be able to watch or sign in at BritBox.com or in any of the BritBox apps (including our for AppleTV).

To check if this is how you subscribe to BritBox, follow these instructions from Apple. 

If you subscribe via Apple TV channels, you'll need to go to Apple for any support or questions. Find out more.

If you watch through Amazon:

If you subscribe to BritBox as an add-on through your Amazon Prime Video account, you'll be able to watch and log in on any device you access, including your Firestick device or the Amazon app. You won't be able to watch or sign in at BritBox.com in any of the BritBox apps.

If you subscribe via Amazon Prime Video, you'll need to go to Amazon for any support or questions. Find out more.

If you watch through The Roku Channel:

If you subscribe to BritBox for The Roku Channel, you'll be able to watch and sign in on any device where you access The Roku Channel. You won't be able to watch or sign in at BritBox.com or in any of the BritBox apps (including our app for Roku).
