To make your sign-up and subscription process as convenient as possible, we offer different ways to watch and to pay.
If you watch at BritBox.com or in any of our apps:
You may pay directly on your credit card, or using your Roku, Google Play or Apple account. To check, log in to your account at BritBox.com. Click on your name in the top right corner, then Account Details, then Subscription.
- If you're subscribed directly, a credit card will be shown as your payment method.
- Otherwise, you'll see a message saying "To manage your subscription, go to your _____ account". In the blank space, you'll see either Roku, Apple or Google.
Alternatively, if you have an account with Roku, Apple or Google Play, try checking your settings directly with each that you use.

If you watch in the Apple TV App:
If you subscribe to BritBox as an add-on through your Apple TV Channels, you'll be able to watch on any device where you have the Apple TV App installed. You won't be able to watch or sign in at BritBox.com, in any of the BritBox apps, or within Amazon Prime Video.

If you subscribe via Apple TV channels, you'll need to go to Apple for any support or questions. Find out more.
If you watch through Amazon Prime Video:
If you subscribe to BritBox as an add-on through your Amazon Prime Video account, you'll be able to watch and log in on any device where you access Amazon Prime Video, including your Firestick device or the Amazon Prime Video app for your device. You won't be able to watch or sign in at BritBox.com, in any of the BritBox apps, or within the Apple TV App.
