How do I install the BritBox app for my LG Smart TV?

We can help! The BritBox app is available for LG SmartTVs from 2017 or newer, which run at least WebOS 3.5, or higher.

The steps are below:

1. On your TV, press 'Home', then select 'LG Content Store'
2. Search for BritBox
3. Complete the installation process
4. Open the BritBox app once downloaded and click the 'Sign In' button in the top right
5. Visit https://www.britbox.com/connect/lg in a web browser on your desktop or mobile device
6. If you're a new subscriber, click the 'Free Trial' button to create a new account
7. If you're an existing subscriber, click 'Sign In' and enter your email address and password
8. Now enter the unique code displayed on your TV into the area provided and click 'Connect'
9. Once connected, your TV screen will refresh
10. Enjoy BritBox, day and night

If you've signed up on the web and didn't see an option to enter the code, ensure that you typed in the full web address exactly as shown on your TV screen and as listed in 'Step 5' above. You cannot enter the code if you go to our homepage.
