We’re aware of a small issue affecting our BritBox Live channel in the United States, where the banner or title information might occasionally show a different programme than what actually plays when you hit 'Play.'
This can happen when updates to the banner and content schedule are made separately. Sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes for those changes to appear across all devices, which may cause a brief mismatch.
