BritBox is available both directly through us and through our partner platforms. While the content is the same, there are some key differences:
- Where You Can Watch: If you subscribe through a partner platform, you can only watch on their service. You won’t be able to sign in at BritBox.com or use the BritBox app
- Managing Your Subscription: Any changes—such as updates, cancellations, or billing—must be handled through the partner platform, as we don’t have access to their systems
- Subscription Options: Many of our partner platforms do not offer annual subscriptions, so you may not see this option available
- Customer Support: If you need help with your account, subscription, or billing, you'll need to contact the partner platform's customer support
- Gift Subscriptions: BritBox gift subscriptions can only be redeemed when subscribing directly with us and won’t work on partner platforms
- Features & Functionality: Some features may differ, such as live events or the ability to download content for offline viewing
- Device Compatibility: Partner platforms may support devices that BritBox does not, giving you additional ways to watch
