If you're currently on a Premier subscription but would prefer the flexibility of a standard level annual or monthly plan. Here is how to downgrade:
- Sign in to your account at BritBox.com
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Click on 'My Account'
- Under 'Plan & Billing'
- Click 'Change plan'
- Choose ‘Annual’ or ‘Monthly’
- Confirm by clicking 'Change plan' again
- On the ‘Confirm your plan change’ screen, click ‘Agree & change plan’
Your new subscription billing will begin automatically when your plan ends. You will not lose access to your subscription during this time.
