AirPlay allows you to cast from your Apple device and play on a TV that supports AirPlay. Find out more from Apple.
AirPlay is recommended if your preferred watching method isn't currently supported, such as an earlier generation of Apple TV (we support Apple TV 4th Gen & higher).
To watch BritBox with AirPlay:
- In the BritBox app on your Apple device, play a video
- On your Apple TV Settings, ensure that 'Airplay' is on
- Under 'Allow Access', select 'Everyone' or 'Anyone on the same network'
- On your Apple device, look for the Airplay icon in the upper right-hand corner and tap it
- Select your Airplay-enabled device
- Start watching!
