While most devices will keep you updated to the latest version of our app, if you're experiencing issues we may ask you to confirm what app version you're using as part of troubleshooting.
Android
Tap 'More' in the BritBox app. Alternatively, check via your Android settings on your device:
- On your device, open 'Settings'
- Select 'Application Settings'
- Find the BritBox app and select 'Manage Application'
- The BritBox app version will show.
Apple iPad & iPhone
Tap 'More' in the BritBox app. Your app version will display. Alternatively, check via your Apple settings on your device:
- On your device, open 'Settings'
- Select 'General' then 'Usage'
- Under 'Storage', a list of apps will load.
- Find and select the BritBox app. The BritBox app version will be shown.
