While most devices will automatically to the latest version of our app if you're experiencing issues, we may ask you to confirm what app version you're using as part of troubleshooting.
Android Devices
Follow these easy steps:
- Tap 'More' in the BritBox app OR
- On your device, open 'Settings'
- Select 'Application Settings'
- Find the BritBox app and select 'Manage Application'
- The BritBox app version will show.
Apple Devices
Tap 'More' in the BritBox app. Your app version will display. Alternatively, check via your Apple settings on your device:
- Tap 'More' in the BritBox app OR
- On your device, open 'Settings'
- Select 'General' then 'Usage'
- Under 'Storage', a list of apps will load.
- Find and select the BritBox app.
- The BritBox app version will be shown.
