How do I disable parental controls?

To disable parental controls on BritBox, follow these easy steps:

1. Sign in to your account at BritBox.com, or our apps
2. Click on your name in the top right corner (website), or click on 'Profile' (app)
3. Click on 'My Account' (website), or click on 'Parental Controls' (app)
4. Under 'View Settings' (website), or you will be asked to enter your password (app)
5. Toggle the button to 'Off' (website), or click 'Turn Off PIN' and 'Save' (app)

Anyone watching a restricted program will be asked to enter the PIN before they can watch.
