To disable parental controls on BritBox, follow these easy steps:

1. Sign in to your account at BritBox.com, or our apps
2. Click on your name in the top right corner (website), or click on 'Profile' (app)
3. Click on 'My Account' (website), or click on 'Parental Controls' (app)
4. Under 'View Settings' (website), or you will be asked to enter your password (app)
5. Toggle the button to 'Off' (website), or click 'Turn Off PIN' and 'Save' (app)

Once the parental control is disabled, restricted programs will be accessible to everyone, and no PIN will be required to watch them.
