I've cancelled my subscription but received a promotional offer to stay with BritBox. How do I redeem the promo code?

If you're currently cancelled but still have time remaining on your subscription and have a promo code, you'll need to re-activate your subscription and then apply your promo code.

Here are the step-by-step instructions to redeem the promo code.

1. On the BritBox site, click on 'Sign In' in the upper right corner
2. Once signed in, choose 'My Account' from the menu that appears when you click on your name in the upper right
3. Click the 'Subscription' tab
4. Click the 'Reactivate Subscription' button
5. In the popup window, click 'Keep Subscription Active'
6. Scroll down to the 'Promo Code or Gift Subscription to Redeem' section, click on it
7. Enter your promo code in the 'Add a promo code' box
8. Click 'Apply'

If you do not reactivate your subscription first, you will receive the following error message when you try to input the code: 'Please enter a valid promo code'
