How do I redeem a promo code?

If you have a BritBox promo code and meet the promotion's qualifications, you'll be prompted to enter it when creating a new BritBox account after clicking the 'Start Watching Now' button.

Or, if you're an existing customer, you can add it when accessing your account.

To redeem your code, please access our website either through a computer or using a web browser on your phone or tablet. Please be aware that if you use a mobile browser, you may need to adjust your browser settings to avoid being redirected to the app. 

New Subscriber

If you're new to BritBox, here is how to redeem:

1. Visit www.britbox.com
2. Click the 'Start Watching Now' button
3. Enter your email address
4. Click 'Continue'
5. Enter your first and last name and password
6. Click 'Create Account'
7. Choose your BritBox plan, on this screen click 'Add a promo code'
8. Click 'Continue'
9. Enter your credit card details
10. Enjoy!

Current or Previous Subscriber

If you're actively subscribed to BritBox; or if you've previously subscribed to BritBox, but your account is not active, here is how to redeem:

1. Sign in to your account at BritBox.com
2. Click on your name in the top right corner
3. Click on 'My Account'
4. Under 'Have a code to redeem?', click on 'Redeem Promo Code'
5. Enter your code into the box
6. Click 'Apply Code'
7. That's it!
