Learn more about how gift cards work here.
How do I buy a Gift Card?
Visit https://britbox.cashstar.com/ and complete the purchase process.
Where can I give the gift of a BritBox Gift Card?
Both e-cards and physical gift cards are available for purchase and redemption in the United States.
How much is it?
You can choose a unique denomination, up to $200.00.
How does a Gift Card recipient redeem their card?
When the recipient receives their gift card, either by mail or email, they can redeem it at britbox.com/redeem. If they received an e-card, they can simply click the 'Redeem Your Gift' button.
The subscription will begin once the recipient redeems their gift card using their unique gift card code and PIN, not when you purchase it.
What happens after the Gift Card balance is depleted?
New and renewal subscriptions paid for with a gift card will automatically begin charging the credit card on file when the gift card balance is depleted.
If recipients don't want their subscriptions to renew automatically, they can cancel them before depleting the gift card. They will need to review the gift card value and remaining billing dates. Here's how.
