How many gift cards can I redeem on my account?
You can redeem up to two gift cards on your BritBox account at the same time. If you're lucky enough to receive more than two, you can hold onto the additional gift cards. Once the value of the first one has been used, you can add the subsequent cards.
Why is a credit card needed?
A credit card is needed to set up a BritBox account. Your credit card details will be encrypted and stored securely until your subscription is due to renew once your gift card balance is depleted.
What if I don't want the gift subscription to renew?
We hope you'll stick around, but you can cancel it anytime. You can continue watching until the last day of your gift subscription. Find out more.
If you'd prefer not to renew, you can cancel your subscription before the gift card is depleted. You must review and monitor the gift card value and remaining billing dates to time canceling before you're charged.
Where required by law, remaining card balances may be subject to refund. If your BritBox Gift Card has a verifiable balance of $10 or less, please contact BritBox@giftcardhelp.com to request a refund.
