BritBox Live is a real-time streaming feature, but here are a few things you may want to know:
- When opening BritBox Live on a new device, the scene playing may be delayed by 3-5 seconds compared to the device you currently use to watch the live stream.
- A 'Live' button will appear on the screen. If you notice that the streaming content doesn’t sync across your devices, such as when your TV and phone are both streaming live content but showing different scenes, check if the 'Live' button is lit red. If it's not, click it to sync the stream.
- The position of the 'Live' button varies depending on the device, appearing in different locations on the screen.
