If you subscribed to BritBox through Amazon Prime Video Channels, your subscription can only be accessed through Amazon Prime Video.
You won’t be able to use your Amazon Prime Video Channels subscription to sign in at BritBox.com or on the BritBox mobile, tablet, or TV apps. Instead, you’ll need to watch BritBox through the Amazon Prime Video app or on supported Amazon devices, such as Fire TV.
