Bother! Here are a few suggestions as to why a code is not working:
Has the promotion ended?
Check the fine print for the start and end dates for the promotion.
Does it apply to your selected subscription?
For example, it may only apply to a monthly or annual subscription option or only be available to new subscribers. Check the fine print for any restrictions.
Are you in the right place?
Most promos can only be redeemed online at www.BritBox.com. You may not see an option to redeem a code if you're using the BritBox app for your TV, mobile, tablet, or streaming device. Head to the web instead. You'll be able to use the same account to watch later on any device we support.
Are you entering the code in the right spot?
There are two side-by-side boxes when signing up or adding a code to your existing subscription. Ensure the promo code is in the 'promo code' box, not the 'gift certificate' box, as they're not interchangeable.
Is the code mistyped?
Enter the code exactly as shown (copy & paste is helpful). Watch out for 'i', and 'I'. A lowercase L may be an uppercase i.
