Your BritBox gift card balance is always applied to your subscription before your payment method on file is charged.
If your gift card doesn't cover the full cost of your renewal, the remaining balance is automatically charged to your payment method.
If you've redeemed more than one BritBox gift card, each gift card is used automatically, one at a time, until all gift card balances have been used. After all gift card balances are depleted, your payment method on file will be charged for future renewals.
A valid payment method is required when you create your account and must remain on file, even if you're paying with gift cards.
If you want to continue paying with gift cards, redeem your next gift card at least one day before your renewal date. If you redeem a gift card after your renewal has been processed, it won't apply to that renewal. Instead, it will be applied to your next eligible subscription payment.
If you don't want your subscription to continue after your gift card balance has been used, cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
