BritBox accepts most major credit cards. Below is a short list of commonly accepted options, though it may not include every available method:

Some cards don't accept recurring payments, such as subscriptions.
If you're using a prepaid card (such as a Visa, Mastercard, or Amex gift card or prepaid card), acceptance depends on the card provider's policies.
If you are in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, or Finland, you can only use a credit card issued in the country where you are subscribing.
Apple Pay
We accept Apple Pay in the United States. To use Apple Pay, sign up for BritBox on your iOS mobile or tablet device.
You can also sign up at britbox.com using the Safari browser on your desktop. If you're using iOS 16 or later, Apple Pay is also available in other browsers.
Amazon Prime Video Channels, Apple TV Channels, The Roku Channel, or TV4 Play
If you sign up or re-subscribe through our app on Amazon Prime Video Channels, the Apple TV Channels, The Roku Channel, or TV4 Play, you can pay for your subscription using your billing account with these partner platforms. Below is a regional breakdown of where these platforms are available.
- Amazon Prime Video Channels- in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Sweden
- Apple TV Channels - in the United States, Canada, Australia, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway
- The Roku Channel - in the United States
- Telia TV4 Play - in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway
Prepaid Credit Cards
Some prepaid cards do not support recurring payments, including subscriptions. If you're using a prepaid card (such as a Visa, Mastercard, Amex gift card, or other prepaid card), please check the card's terms and conditions.
PayPal
We accept PayPal for subscriptions in the United States.
If you're in Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, or Finland, you may still be able to use PayPal through your Google Play, Roku, or Apple account. For more information on using PayPal with these platforms, please get in touch with the partner support teams.
