BritBox Website
If you are creating a BritBox account for the first time, these are the steps to follow:
- Go to BritBox.com
- Click the 'Start Watching Now' button
- Enter your email address
- Click 'Continue'
- Enter your first and last name and password
- Click 'Create Account'
- Choose your BritBox plan
- Click 'Continue'
- Enter your credit card details
- Enjoy!
If you began the sign-up process but haven't completed it or chosen a subscription plan yet, follow these steps instead:
- Go to BritBox.com
- Click 'Sign In'
- Enter your email and password, then click 'Sign In'
- Choose your BritBox plan
- Click 'Continue'
- Enter your credit card details
- Click 'Start Subscription'
- Enjoy!

Android Mobile & Tablets
- We support Android devices. Simply find the BritBox app in the Google Play store
- You can subscribe using your Google account, or you can first sign up on the web and later sign in on your Android device using your BritBox account
- Available in the United States, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway
Android TV
- We support AndroidTV or GoogleTV streaming devices that run Android OS 5.0 and above, including Google Chromecast TV and set-top boxes such as NVIDIA Shield.
- You can subscribe using your Google account, OR you can register on the BritBox website for a new account (or use your pre-existing BritBox account credentials) to seamlessly log in to your Android device using a secure pairing process and your BritBox log-in

Apple iPad & iPhone
- We support Apple, too! Just find the BritBox app in Apple's App Store
- You can choose to subscribe using your Apple ID, or you can first sign up on the web and later sign in on your Apple device using your BritBox account
- Available in the United States, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway
Apple TV
- We support Apple TV (4th generation) and newer, including Apple TV HD (released October 30, 2015) and all Apple TV 4K models
- The BritBox app is no longer supported on tvOS 13 and older (i.e. tvOS 13, 12 or lower)
- You can choose to subscribe using your Apple ID, OR you can register on the BritBox website for a new account (or use your pre-existing BritBox account credentials) to seamlessly log in to your Apple device using a secure pairing process and your BritBox log-in
- Available in the United States, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway
Elisa Viihde
- We support the Elisa Premium Digibox (Netgem) and Elisa Viihde Plus, the Android TV-based application

Fire TV Devices
- We support Fire TV devices such as the Fire TV Stick (including 4K Select), FireTV Cube, and 'Fire Edition' TVs. See the full list of supported FireTV devices here

Hisense TV
- We support Hisense TV
- You can register on the BritBox website for a new account (or use your pre-existing BritBox account credentials) to seamlessly log in to your Hisense device using a secure pairing process and your BritBox log-in

LG TV
- We support LG SmartTVs from 2017 or newer, which run at least WebOS 3.5 or higher
- You can register on the BritBox website for a new account (or use your pre-existing BritBox account credentials) to seamlessly log in to your LG device using a secure pairing process and your BritBox log-in
- Available in the United States, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway
Note: customers on webOS 3.0 models can continue to use the app. However, playback on selected content will no longer be supported.

- The NetRange solution is integrated with over 300 device partners worldwide, including Mediatek, Hisense VIDAA O.S., Arçelik, TCL MOKA, Skyworth Digital, Sharp, Loewe, and Changhong

Rogers
- We support the Rogers XiOne, Xi6, XG1v4, XG1v3 and XiD streaming devices
- You can register on the BritBox website for a new account (or use your pre-existing BritBox account credentials) to seamlessly log in to your Rogers device using a secure pairing process and your BritBox log-in
- Available in Canada
Roku
- We support the app/channel on your Roku device
- Choose to subscribe using your Roku account on your device
- Roku no longer supports legacy models 3600 and 4400X or older Roku devices. Streaming the BritBox app on these older devices may not be possible.
- Available in the United States, Australia, and Canada
The Roku Channel also offers BritBox subscriptions (available in the US only).
Note: if you subscribe to BritBox for The Roku Channel, you'll only be able to watch BritBox in The Roku Channel and not in any of BritBox's apps.
Samsung TV
- We support Samsung television models 2018 and newer, with operating systems of Tizen 4 or newer
- You can register on the BritBox website for a new account (or use your pre-existing BritBox account credentials) to seamlessly log in to your Samsung device using a secure pairing process and your BritBox log-in
- Available in the United States, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway
Telia TV4 Play & TV 2 Play
- Subscribe directly with TV4 Play & TV 2 Play
- Not all packages include BritBox
- Available to subscribers in Denmark*, Finland**, and Sweden***
- BritBox is not a part of TV 2 in Norway
Note: *Denmark, BritBox will be included in all TV4 Play subscription packages. **Finland, BritBox will be available to TV4 Play, TV4 Play Hockey, and TV4 Play Total+ subscribers ***Sweden, BritBox will be available to TV4 Play Standard or higher subscribers.
Videotron
- We support X1 devices, including Arris, Technicolor, Sercomm/Broadcomm

- We support Vizio TV from 2016 or newer
- Vizio Account app purchases are only available on models 2018 V, M, and D series or newer
- Choose to subscribe using your Vizio Account on your device (United States only), OR you can register on the BritBox website for a new account (or use your pre-existing BritBox account credentials) to seamlessly log in to your Vizio device using a secure pairing process and your BritBox log-in

Xfinity Flex, X1 & Xumo
- We support the Xfinity Flex and X1 streaming devices, running on version 6.6 or higher, where you can sign up for BritBox right in the app
- We support Xumo Streaming Boxes and Xumo, the Xfinity operating system powering 4K UHD Hisense smart TVs
- You subscribe using your existing Xfinity account (X1 & Xumo only), OR you can register on the BritBox website for a new account (or use your pre-existing BritBox account credentials) to seamlessly log in to your Xfinity device using a secure pairing process and your BritBox log-in (Flex, XClass)
