Here are some common reasons a recipient cannot redeem a gift subscription:
- They live in South Africa (annual subscriptions are not offered here) or a region we do not support entirely
- They use Amazon, Apple (including Apple TV), Google Play (including Android TV), or Roku. exclusively for streaming (though if they want, the recipient can follow these simple instructions to use the gift)
- They use a device BritBox is not compatible with streaming on
