I am a previous, or current subscriber, how do I redeem a gift subscription?

Welcome back, friend!

If you're actively subscribed to BritBox, here are the steps for an active subscriber to redeem a gift:

1. In your web browser, go to BritBox.com and sign in to your account
2. Click on your name in the top right and choose "My Account"
3. Click "Subscription"
4. In the middle of the screen, click on the down arrow next to the "Promo Code or Gift Subscription to redeem?" to expand this section
5. Click on "Gift Subscription" option
6. Enter your unique gift code into the box
7. Click "Submit"
8. That's it!

Your gift subscription will start as soon as your current subscription ends, so don't worry. You won't lose any time.

Previous Subscriber (Non-Active Account)

If you've subscribed to BritBox, but your account is non-active. Follow these steps:

1. In your web browser, go to BritBox.com and sign in to your account
2. Click on your name in the top right and choose "My Account"
3. Click "Subscription"
4. Click the "Subscription" button in the middle of the page
5. When subscription options appear, choose the 'Annual Subscription' option
6. Click on the "Gift Subscription" tab, enter your unique gift code
7. Click "Submit"
8. Enter your credit card details and submit your subscription (not applicable in Denmark or Finland)
9. Start watching!

Sign in to any of our apps with the account you've just created, or continue to stream on the web. Find out where to watch BritBox. Your 1-year subscription will start immediately.

What if I don't want the gift subscription to renew?

We hope you'll stick around, but if you'd prefer your subscription didn't renew after your 1-year gift subscription, you can cancel it at any time. You can continue watching until the last day of your gift subscription. Find out more.
