I want to cancel my subscription, but I'm told to go to the "platform where I subscribed", what does this mean?

If you're seeing this message, it means you're trying to access your subscription settings on a different device than where you originally signed up. 

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel if you subscribe and pay using your account with these partners. You must cancel directly through them directly. Simply follow the instructions provided here:

• Amazon Prime Video
• Apple TV Channels
• Android / Google Play
• Telia C MORE

Example 1: you first subscribed to BritBox on our Samsung TV app. You want to cancel your subscription. You'll need to log in to your account at BritBox.com.

Example 2: you're subscribed to BritBox through your Roku account. You'll need to make changes by logging in to your Roku account on their platform.
