If your annual subscription renews and you didn’t mean to continue, you can still cancel and keep access until the end of your billing period. If you’d prefer a pro-rated refund for unused time, contact us to request one. We’ll remove your access and refund any remaining time, rounded to the nearest month. We don’t offer refunds for time you’ve already had access to BritBox.
If you're subscribed through Google Play or Apple TV Channels, subscription updates, including cancelations and refunds, are managed through those partners. Find out more below.
