To re-subscribe, please access our website either through a computer or using a web browser on your phone or tablet. Please be aware that if you use a mobile browser, you may need to adjust your browser settings to avoid being redirected to the app.
If your subscription has ended (you're not in an active billing cycle), here is how to re-subscribe:
- Sign in to your account at BritBox.com
- Select your BritBox Plan
- Click 'Continue'
- Enter your credit card details, and click 'Submit'
- Enjoy!
If your subscription has not ended (you're in your current active billing cycle) here is how to re-activate your subscription:
- Sign in to your account at BritBox.com
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Click on 'My Account'
- Under 'Plan & Billing', click on 'Reactivate subscription'
- The next screen will ask, 'Reactivate Subscription?'
- Click 'Reactivate subscription' and follow the prompts
Note: The 'Reactivate subscription' button located under 'Plan & Billing' will only be visible if you are re-subscribing to BritBox on or before the end of your current active billing cycle.
