My subscription had ended:
If you've canceled and you're not able to watch BritBox anymore, follow the steps below to re-subscribe:

- Sign in to your account at BritBox.com or in any of our apps
- Access your account by clicking on your name in the top right, or clicking 'more' in our mobile apps
- Select the 'Account Details' option from the menu that appears towards the top of the screen
- Select the 'Subscriptions' tab and choose the plan you'd like
- If you have a gift code or promo code, enter it into the boxes provided and hit apply
- Complete all remaining sections, such as credit card details
- Click 'Submit'
When you re-subscribe, no free trial period applies and you'll be charged on the same day.
I've canceled but my subscription has not ended:
If you've canceled but your subscription hasn't reached its final day yet (you're still able to watch), follow the steps below to re-subscribe:

- Sign in to your account at BritBox.com or in any of our apps
- Open your account by clicking on your name in the top right or clicking 'more' on our mobile apps
- Click the 'Account Details' option, then click 'Subscriptions'
- Click on 'Restore' and enter the details required
If you're redeeming a gift subscription, you can re-subscribe on any platform you like.
For subscriptions using your Roku, Apple, or GooglePlay account, you'll need to reinstate your subscriptions with them. Follow the instructions provided by our partners:
