When signing in to the BritBox app on your Smart TV, you'll use your web browser to complete the sign-in process. This is easier than using your remote to enter your email address and password.
You won't need to sign in every time you use the app.
However, you may need to sign in again after your TV runs a system update if it's been a long time since you last used the BritBox app, if the BritBox app has recently updated, or if your TV has lost its internet connection or power (such as being unplugged).
