I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Here is how to reset your password:

1. Click on 'Sign In' to your account at BritBox.com, or our apps
2. Click on 'Forgot Password?' (website), or click on 'Forgot your Password?' (app)
3. Enter your email address in the box
4. Click on 'Submit'
5. Check your email inbox for an email containing a link to reset your password, the email usually arrives within a few minutes
6. Click the link in the email
7. Enter your new password, enter it again to confirm
8. Sign in to your account using your new password

Here are the BritBox password requirements:

• Minimum 6 characters
• At least one number or special character

Not receiving the password reset email?

Check your spam or junk folder, and confirm that you're entering the email address you use with BritBox. If you have multiple email addresses, try using the steps above for your other email addresses.
