I'm new to BritBox, how to I redeem a gift subscription?

To redeem your gift, please access our website either through a computer or using a web browser on your phone or tablet. Please be aware that if you use a mobile browser, you may need to adjust your browser settings to avoid being redirected to the app. Learn more here.

If you're a new subscriber, here is how to redeem:

1. Go to BritBox.com
2. Click 'Free Trial' in the top right
3. Create your new account
4. When subscription options appear, choose 'Annual Subscription'
5. Click on the 'Gift Subscription' tab
6. Enter your gift code or card number into the box
7. Click 'Submit'
8. Enter your credit card details and submit your subscription (not applicable in Denmark or Finland)
9. Start watching!

Why is a credit card needed?

When you redeem your gift, there are no additional charges until your subscription is due to renew. Your card details will be stored securely, and you can change your account anytime.

Recipients in Finland and Denmark do not need to supply a credit card. 

What if I don't want the gift subscription to renew?

We hope you'll stick around, but if you'd prefer your subscription not to renew automatically, you can cancel it anytime. You can continue watching until the last day of your gift subscription. Find out more.
