- Log in to your account at BritBox.com or in any of our apps.
- Access your account profile by clicking on your name in the top right, or tap 'More' in mobile apps.
- From the navigation bar that appears towards the top of the screen, click 'Account Details'.
- Click the 'Subscription' option. In the 'Your Plan' section, your renewal date is shown.
You'll need to submit any changes such as updating your payment method, cancelling or upgrading at least 24 hours before you're due to renew.
