BritBox subscription payments are non-refundable, meaning we don’t offer refunds for time you’ve already had access to BritBox. If you cancel your subscription, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
If your annual subscription renews and you didn’t mean to continue, you can still cancel and keep access until the end of your billing period. If you’d prefer a pro-rated refund for unused time, contact us to request one. Where applicable we'll remove your access and refund any remaining time, rounded down to the nearest month.
In limited cases, our Customer Care team may offer discretionary refunds inline with our Terms & Conditions. These are reviewed case by case, typically for issues like duplicate charges or ongoing technical problems that prevent access.
If you subscribed through a third-party provider, their billing policies apply. You’ll need to contact them directly for refund requests and status updates.
