BritBox subscription payments are non-refundable, and we do not issue refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you’ll continue to have access to BritBox until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refund will be provided for any unused time.
In limited circumstances, our customer care teams may offer a discretionary refund. These are considered on a case-by-case basis and typically apply in situations such as accidental duplicate subscriptions (double billing) or ongoing technical issues that prevent you from using the service.
