Yes, we send renewal reminders. However, it depends on the country where you are subscribed.
- Norway: We send a subscription renewal reminder every 6 months.
- Sweden and Norway: If you have an annual subscription, we send a renewal reminder 1 month before your subscription renews, give or take a day or two.
- Denmark and Finland: Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Instead, we’ll send you a reminder 1 month before your subscription ends, give or take a day or two, along with instructions on how to resubscribe if you’d like to continue your subscription.
- Promotional offers (such as a 6-month BritBox deal): We’ll send you a reminder 1 month before the promotional period ends to let you know that your subscription will begin renewing monthly at the standard monthly subscription price unless cancelled.
