Yes, we send renewal reminders. However, it depends on the country where you are subscribed.
- Norway: We send a subscription renewal reminder every 6 months.
- Sweden and Norway: If you have an annual subscription, we send a renewal reminder 1 month before your subscription renews.
- Denmark and Finland: Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Instead, we’ll send you a reminder 1 month and 1 day before your subscription ends, along with instructions on how to resubscribe if you’d like to continue your subscription.
- Promotional offers (such as a 6-month BritBox deal): We’ll send you a reminder 1 month before the promotional period ends to let you know that your subscription will begin renewing monthly at the standard monthly subscription price unless cancelled.
If you’d like to keep track of your previous payments, you can download invoices from your Billing History page at any time. This gives you easy access to receipts and payment records whenever you need them through the BritBox website.
Note: The Billing History page is only available on the BritBox website and cannot be accessed through the BritBox app.
Follow the steps below to download your invoice:
- Sign in to your account at BritBox.com
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the screen
- Select 'My Account'
- Click 'Plans & Billing,' then select 'Billing History'
- On the 'Billing History' page, locate the invoice you would like to download
- Click the download button next to the invoice
