To update your payment method, please access our website either through a computer or using a web browser on your phone or tablet. Please be aware that if you use a mobile browser, you may need to adjust your browser settings to avoid being redirected to the app.
Here is how to update:
- Sign in to your account at BritBox.com
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Click on 'My Account'
- Under 'Plan & Billing'
- Click 'Manage payment method'
- Click 'Change Payment Method'
- Enter your new credit card details
- Click 'Save'
For security reasons, only the verified account holder can make updates. This keeps your personal information safe and ensures any changes are made by someone you trust—you.
After updating, you may need to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect on your account.
You can update your payment method at any time, but please do so at least 24 hours before your subscription is set to renew so the new card can be charged.
If you are in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, or Finland, you can only use a credit card issued in the country where you are subscribing.
