The tax rate may be charged by any or all of your county, city, municipality, state, province, and/or country.

Canada
GST is required on all subscriptions (including gift purchases) from August 19th, 2021. In addition, PST is also required in Quebec, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia. See more here.
Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway
VAT is already included in your subscription price. Therefore, no additional taxes are required.
United States
Tax is required in Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Chicago, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin.
