You can update the payment method whenever you like, though you'll need to do so at least 24 hours before your subscription is due to renew.
Here are the steps:
- Sign in to your account at BritBox.com
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Click on 'My Account'
- Click on the 'Subscription' tab
- Under 'Update Payment Method'
- Enter your new credit card details
- Click 'Submit'
You can use any of the following credit or debit card types for your subscription or buy a gift subscription.
- American Express
- Cartes Bancaires
- China UnionPay
- Visa Electron
- V Pay
Some cards don't accept recurring payments, such as subscriptions, if you're using a pre-paid card (such as a Visa, Mastercard, or Amex gift card or pre-paid card). This is at the discretion of the card provider. Read more.
If you are located in Australia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, or Finland, you may only use a credit card issued in the country you are subscribing in.
If you subscribe to BritBox and pay using Amazon, Apple TV, Roku, and Google Play, you must update your credit card on their platforms.
