Easy! You can update the payment method used for your subscription at any time, though you'll need to do so at least 24 hours before your subscription is due to renew.
Here are the steps:
- Sign in to your account at BritBox.com and open your 'Account'
- Click on 'Account Details'
- Click on the 'Subscription' tab
- Under 'Payment Method'
- Click 'Change'
- Enter your new credit card details
- Click 'submit'
You can use any of the following credit or debit card types for your subscription or buy a gift subscription.

- Bancontact
- Cartes Bancaires
- China UnionPay
- Dankort
- Diners
- Discover
- Elo
- Hipercard
- JCB
- Maestro
- Mastercard

- Visa Electron
- V Pay
Some cards don't accept recurring payments, such as subscriptions, if you're using a pre-paid card (such as a Visa, Mastercard, or Amex gift card or pre-paid card). This is at the discretion of the card provider. Read more.
If you are located in Australia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, or Finland, you may only use a credit card issued in the country you are subscribing in.
If you subscribe to BritBox and pay using your Apple, Roku, or Google Play / Android account, you'll need to update your credit card and payment preferences on their platforms. Unfortunately, we don't have access to external billing details.
