In the Apple TV BritBox app, when I select an episode, I can't play it. How can I fix this?

This is a rare issue where you \ select an episode or movie to watch, but you cannot play it when tapping the touchpad at the top of your Apple TV remote.

If you're having this issue, just try pressing the play/pause button instead to start watching. If you've tried pressing the play button and still can't playback, please contact us and let us know.

Note: this applies to the BritBox app for Apple TV only and isn't applicable if you subscribe to BritBox & watch within the Apple TV app.
