If you suspect your device doesn't automatically update your BritBox app, you may need to update it manually.
Check your internet connection
Make sure you device is connected to the internet and that your connection is stable.
Try restarting your modem or router and check that your WiFi signal is strong.
Check if the error message appears when playing other episodes or films
