This is a rare issue where you select a show or film to watch, but you cannot play it when tapping the touchpad at the top of your Apple TV remote.
If you're having this issue, try pressing the play/pause button instead to start watching. If you've tried pressing the play button and still can't playback, please feel free to contact us so we can investigate further.
Note: this applies to the BritBox app for Apple TV only and isn't applicable if you subscribe to BritBox & watch within the Apple TV app.
