How do I change the name on my account?

Here is how to update your the name on your account:

1. Sign in to your account at BritBox.com, or our apps
2. Click on your name in the top right corner (website), or click on 'Profile' (app)
3. Click on 'My Account'
4. Click on 'Change name' (website), or click on 'Your Details' tab (app)
5. On the 'Change Name' screen (website), or in the 'First Name' and 'Last Name' field (app) input the new name
6. Click 'Change name' again (website), or click on 'Update' (app)

Note: For security reasons, only the verified account holder can make updates. This keeps your personal information safe and ensures any changes are made by someone you trust—you.

If you signed up through your iTunes/Apple, Google Play, or Roku account, you can still go to your BritBox account settings to change the name on your account.

However, if you added BritBox through Apple TV Channels, Amazon Prime Video Channels, or The Roku Channel, you’ll need to go to your Apple, Amazon, or Roku account settings to change the name on your account.
