Here is how to update your the name on your account:
- Sign in to your account at BritBox.com, or our apps
- Click on your name in the top right corner (website), or click on 'Profile' (app)
- Click on 'My Account'
- Click on 'Change name' (website), or click on 'Your Details' tab (app)
- On the 'Change Name' screen (website), or in the 'First Name' and 'Last Name' field (app) input the new name
- Click 'Change name' again (website), or click on 'Update' (app)
Note: For security reasons, only the verified account holder can make updates. This keeps your personal information safe and ensures any changes are made by someone you trust—you.
