How do I change my email marketing preferences?

Easy!

You can update your preferences in your BritBox account to opt out of or back into email marketing.

Here is how to manage the preferences:

1. Sign in to your account at BritBox.com, or our apps
2. Click on your name in the top right corner (website), or click on 'Profile' (app)
3. Click on 'My Account'
4. Click on 'Update' next to 'Email Preferences' (website), or click on 'Newsletter' tab (app)
5. Follow the prompts to manage your preferences

Alternatively, an unsubscribe link is included at the end of every email newsletter. 

Please note that your preferences apply to email marketing only. You'll still receive emails about your account or subscription, such as updates to policies or terms, notifications regarding your subscription or payment, etc.
