When you upgrade from a monthly to an annual plan, you’ll be charged a prorated amount (plus any applicable taxes) for the remainder of your first year, taking into account the month you’ve already paid for. This way, you’ll only pay for the remaining time on your new plan.
Here is how to upgrade:
- Sign in to your account at BritBox.com
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Click on 'My Account'
- Under 'Plan & Billing'
- Click 'Change plan'
- Choose ‘Annual’
- Confirm by clicking 'Change plan' again
- On the ‘Confirm your plan change’ screen, click ‘Agree & change plan’
If you signed up via Apple, like the BritBox iOS app, go to your Apple account to upgrade. View instructions from Apple.
If you subscribed through a partner platform, a direct upgrade from monthly to annual may not always be available. In those cases, you’ll need to cancel your monthly plan and then re-subscribe to the yearly option.
