Here are two ways to update your email address:
BritBox Website
- Sign in to your account at BritBox.com
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Click on 'My Account'
- Click on 'Change email' (at the top of the page)
- Enter the new email address
- Click on 'Change email'
BritBox App
- From the app
- Click on 'Profile' (at the bottom right)
- Click on 'My Account'
- Under 'Account Details' is 'Your Details' tab
- Locate the 'Email' box
- Enter the new email address
- Click 'Update'
Note: For security reasons, only the verified account holder can make updates. This keeps your personal information safe and ensures any changes are made by someone you trust—you.
Remember, your email address is your login, so you’ll need to use the updated address to login in the future.
