Email Options
You can update your preferences anytime in your account settings on the BritBox website or app. Your choices are:
- All Emails – Regular BritBox newsletters, special offers, and promotions.
- Fewer Emails – A monthly update with new releases, personalized recommendations, and promotions.
- Unsubscribe – No marketing emails. (You’ll still receive important service emails about your account, billing, or technical issues.)
You can also unsubscribe directly from any marketing email by clicking the link at the bottom.
Email Consent in Canada
If you live in Canada, you’ll need to agree to receive emails from BritBox when you sign up. These may include:
- Service updates
- Newsletters
- Special offers from BritBox or select partners
Service Emails
When you use BritBox, you agree to receive important messages electronically. These might include:
- Billing updates
- Changes to your subscription or terms
- Service-related notices
These emails count as “written notice,” so you won’t receive them by post. We recommend saving or printing any important ones.
Sending Ideas or Feedback
We love hearing from our members! We encourage you to share your thoughts and feedback about BritBox, please note that we can’t accept creative submissions such as show ideas, scripts, or character names. If you do choose to share general feedback or non-private ideas, BritBox may use, share, or keep them without offering payment or credit. This helps us protect both our subscribers and our creative teams.
