How do I change my password?

Here are two ways:

BritBox Website

1. Sign in to your account at BritBox.com
2. Click on your name in the top right corner
3. Click on 'My Account'
4. Click on 'Change password' (at the top of the page)
5. Enter your current password
6. Enter the new password
7. Confirm the new password
8. Click 'Change password'

BritBox App

1. From the app
2. Click on 'Profile' (at the bottom right)
3. Click on 'My Account'
4. Under 'Account Details' is 'Password' tab
5. Enter the current password
6. Enter the new password
7. Confirm the new password
8. Click 'Update'

Note: For security reasons, only the verified account holder can make updates. This keeps your personal information safe and ensures any changes are made by someone you trust—you.

Here are the BritBox password requirements:

• Minimum 6 characters
• At least one number or special character

If you've forgotten your password and can't log in, follow these instructions to reset it.
