How do I change my password?

It's easy to update your password! Here is how:

1. Sign in to your account at BritBox.com, or our apps
2. Click on your name in the top right corner (website), or click on 'Profile' (app)
3. Click on 'My Account'
4. Click on 'Change password' (website), or click on 'Password' tab (app)
5. Enter your current password and the new password
6. Click 'Change password' again (website), or click on 'Update' (app)
7. Enjoy BritBox

Here are the BritBox password requirements:

• Minimum 6 characters
• At least one number or special character

If you've forgotten your password and can't log in, follow these instructions to reset it.
