How do I change my password?

It's easy to update your password! Here's how:

1. Log in to your BritBox account at BritBox.com or our apps
2. Click on “Account details”
3. Click on the “Password” tab
4. Enter your current password and the new password
5. Click “Change”

Here are the BritBox password requirements:

• Minimum 6 characters
• At least one number or special character

If you've forgotten your password and can't log in, follow these instructions to reset it.
