To upgrade, please access our website either through a computer or using a web browser on your phone or tablet. Please be aware that if you use a mobile browser, you may need to adjust your browser settings to avoid being redirected to the app. Learn more here.
Here is how to upgrade:
- Sign in to your account at BritBox.com
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Click on 'My Account'
- Under 'Plan & Billing'
- Click 'Change plan'
- Click 'Change plan' again
- Enter your new credit card details
- Click 'Save'
If you signed up via Apple, like the BritBox iOS app, go to your Apple account to upgrade. View instructions from Apple.
If you signed up via Google Play or Roku, a direct upgrade from monthly to annual subscription is unavailable. Instead, you must cancel your monthly subscription and re-subscribe to a yearly subscription to make the change.
