When you subscribe to BritBox, the charge that appears on your bank or credit card statement may look different depending on where you signed up.
Direct BritBox subscriptions
If you subscribed directly through BritBox, your statement may show: 'BritBox LLC New York, NY'
Subscriptions through partner platforms and bundles
BritBox is also available through partner platforms like The Roku Channel and Apple TV Channels and Amazon Prime Video Channels, STARZ, and Telia. If you subscribed through one of these partners, you are billed by that company, not BritBox.
This means BritBox cannot update, refund, or cancel these subscriptions. You’ll need to manage billing issues, payment updates, and cancellations directly through your provider.
Examples of how charges may appear:
- Amazon Prime Video Channels: “AMZN Digital,” “Amazon Prime Video,” or “AMZN Prime Subscription”
- Apple TV Channels: “Apple Services,” “Apple.com/bill,” or “iTunes”
- The Roku Channel: “Roku for BritBox,” “Roku Subscription,” or simply “Roku”
- STARZ: “STARZ Subscription,” “Starz Digital,” or “Starz Entertainment”
- Telia TV4 Play: “Telia TV4 Play” or “TV4 Play”
Note: These are just examples. The exact wording may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
